Education Provider Applicants

Continuing Dental education ProVIDERS

Business and Professions Code, Section 1645 and Title 16, California Code of Regulations, Section 1016, defines a Continuing Education Provider as, "... is one who offers courses of study for credit toward satisfying the continuing education requirements of the board."

Applying for a Continuing Education Provider Permit

To apply for a Continuing Education Provider Permit, complete and submit an application and $250 application fee to the Dental Board of California. For further assistance, please call (916) 263-2300, or e-mail The Dental Board dentalboard@dca.ca.gov.

Renewing Your Permit

Registered Continuing Education Provider renewal fees are $250 every two years. Renewal notices will be mailed to each provider at their address of record.
